Recipe: Spinach Pesto

I love pesto, it is so delicious as a pizza sauce or on pasta. But you can't always find a big basil plant in the store, and I hate buying three or four of those little plastic containers of basil at $3 a pop! So here is my alternative to basil pesto... spinach pesto! And guess what, it tastes just as good and the texture is identical!
What you need:
2 cups spinach leaves
1/2 cup walnuts, toasted
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 tsp sea salt
pinch black pepper
Add it all to you blender or magic bullet and blend. Boom you're done! Throw this on some chicken and pasta and you have a meal ladies and gents! Have a great Wednesday y'all!
