DIY - Christmas Tree Banner
10:10 AMI really loved having my leaves banner by my chalkboard and was rather heartbroken when I had to take down my fall decorations over the weekend... so I searched for a replacement and found one HERE. Mine turned out splendidly and you too can do this easy project with some old scrap paper or construction paper, cheap cheap cheap!
What you need:
- scrap paper
- glue
- twine
- metallic paint (or GLITTER!)
Creations by Kara originally did this project using old book pages and made a templete for the banners and trees so be sure to check her site out!
{one} Cut out your stencils and trace onto your paper. You'll need two trees for each banner. Then cut those bad boys out.
{two} Decorate your trees
{three} While your trees dry attach your banners to your twine by folding over the edge of the banner and using a hot glue gun.
{four} Fold all your trees in half. Then attach your trees together by putting two of the sides together and gluing in place.
{five} Glue your trees onto your banners and hang!
Christmas is coming friends, which means plenty of DIYs will be coming to Tattered to Taylored :)
